![]() Won by a dealership in San Jose and remained in California for 40 years. Disassembled and the undercarriage, engine compartment and exterior were media blasted to bare metal. Photographs taken reveal this was a rust and accident free car. It received show quality bc/cc paint. Ford only made 190 of these making them the lowest production 1st generation (1964-73) Mustangs produced. It's estimated that less than 30 still exist. Has original C4 automatic trans and 260 V8 engine which was rebuilt. Interior was stripped and repainted. Interior is new from the carpet to the headliner. All exterior chrome is new, mint condition. All stainless has been professionally polished. The car runs, drives and looks beautiful. Restored to "Concours Driven" specifications per Mustang Club of America guidelines. It is 1 of three 1964 Indy Pace cars that have been restored to concours condition. I have more than $42,000 in receipts from the restoration and a photo album documenting it.
