Includes affidavit of signing and photographs of Don Knotts signing the dashboard. Similar car sold on October 8, 2009 at Barrett Jackson auction in Las Vegas for $121,000! Excellent condition. All original engine, 102,000 actual miles. Police spotlight; Red "cherry" police light; Siren; Vintage Motorolla police radio with whip antenna; AM radio; Vanity WV license plate reads "BARNEY F". Original interior and cloth seats in excellent condition. Black & white squad car with Mayberry Sheriff's Department insignia on doors. Bought in 2001 by lifetime law enforcement officer: City cop & horsemounted police officer of 27 years, then elected County Sheriff. Sheriff escorted Don Knotts on return visit to home state of West Virginia in 2002, and made Knotts an "Honorary Deputy Sheriff" of Cabell County, West Virginia. Knotts then autographed the vehicle for the Sheriff, posed for photographs, and signed an affidavit. This car has been featured at numerous car shows, fairs/festivals, and parades, and was used in the movie "We Are Marshall" starring Matthew McCaunehay and Matthew Fox due to its' authenticity.
