 Has original 216 ci straight 6 drivetrain including motor and trans. It has a rebuilt starter and head. The seat came out of a school bus. This truck used to be a dump truck. It still has the PTO there but the new bed does not tilt. It had the original gears so it only does 45 mph tops. The Chevy dealer told me the gears were 8.66.
